“Pick Up the Pieces“ is a collection of characters expressed as ‘toys‘. Meaning they are able to be made from the selection of pieces in the upper left hand corner if they were able to be touched. This collection appeared on my Instagram before Fourteen Twenty Two was even a thought. They premiered in sets of three where the first post was just the pieces. This allowed for people to try and guess what the character was. It was so much fun seeing the guesses people would come up with. The next post would be the character and the last would be the original sketch of the design. Very proud of these little guys, they helped me develop a style and make some interesting designs while restricting myself to only geometric shapes.
